How does it work...

We set up an account for you as the primary user for the website. We are than the secondary support. You don't need to be sat in front of a computer all day as the system sends an audible alert when a user wants to chat and if you don't answer we do. If no-one is availabe the user can leave a message.

The system is actually very simple, reactive, rather like a telephone, it rings, you sit down and answer. That simple...!
